The same message will not resonate with all employees.  If you are an executive in a hospital, you might find that altruism is critical to nurses, but status or independence might be more important to physicians.  We help you identify segments within your employee base that might respond differently or that might need different emotional benefits to be won over.

We also work with you to identify Key Opinion Leaders within your organization.  There is a social element to decision making, and there are people in your organization who play an enormous influencing role.  Sometimes they are easily identified on an org chart.  But just as often, their influence is far more informal.  Key Opinion Leaders can be facilitators or snipers.  A nod of their head or a roll of their eyes during a presentation can be the difference between success and failure of your initiative.  Identifying the KOLs and turning them into ambassadors are critical in gaining employee alignment.
